Join Authorized Teacher, Melanie MacDonald, and explore the 13 essential BeColourful techniques through the Happiness 2.0 quilt pattern. Melanie is one of only 7 Jacqueline De Jonge instructors in the world and only 3 here in Canada. We are very fortunate to have her teach this beautiful project.The techniques include: paper piecing, creating a centre star, spikes, inset circles, working with templates, second seam allowances, how to get a perfect corner, sashing, flying geese, nesting seams, how to pin baste, how to ease fabrics and how to use fabrics sparingly.
Happiness 2.0 finishes at 38 x 38” making it an ideal wall hanging.
This is a 2 day class with approx 1 month between.
