Using just one jelly roll, some batting, and backing, Kimya will guide you through perfecting that elusive 1/4-inch seam. You will learn a sneaky ‘cut and flip’ method for jazzing up your quilt top, how to cut your backing to size, and how to sandwich your quilt layers (and yes, you will learn what all these terms mean too!). Last but not least, you’ll practice some straight-line quilting and learn a few different options for adding your binding. You; will create a beautiful small crib/lap quilt from start to finish and leave with the confidence—and inspiration—to continue your quilting journey at home!
